His sensitivity to our needs of perfection, schedule and projected costs was paramount to our decision. (His build schedule was more aggressive than the other contractors as well.)
He worked to a detailed construction schedule and met all the dates. Scheduling trades personnel and materials to the site and coordinating the various trades to avoid conflict is a major task. When conflicts arose he already had a back up plan and kept the build on schedule. In short, he is a master at working collaboratively with all people to ensure the work is completed on time.
His attention to detail became clear when on weekly reviews at the job site, any irregularities that were observed, Frank already had them on his punch list and scheduled for review and correction.
